Lease ends: May 16th, 2026

Hi Friend!

I have till may for what comes out to $4,200/ month total (includes sauna, steam room, gym), there could be a way where I add you as a co-tenant to the existing lease (cheaper) and stay for the remainder of the lease (May 16th, 2026).

I have moved into a place in Los Angeles with my lovely GF, and no longer need my apartment in SF.

I love this building, it has a sauna (my fav), steam room (hotter than equinox), hot tub, a 24/7 gym, and a massive penthouse that’s incredible for co working.
